Equipment & Event Requirements

Sound system configuration is based on venue size, layout, and guest count. For events requiring expanded sound reinforcement beyond the standard package, professional rental equipment will be included or coordinated as needed to ensure performance quality.

Client agrees to provide accurate event details in advance. Significant changes may require adjustments to pricing or setup.

Additional Production & Logistics Notice
Executive and Premium Executive packages may require additional sound, lighting, production equipment, and transportation depending on venue size, guest count, and event scope.

Any required rentals, delivery, and logistics are professionally coordinated and included in your custom quote to ensure flawless execution.

Transportation & Load-In
Due to the scale of professional audio and production equipment, certain packages require commercial vehicle transportation. All transportation, loading, and return logistics are handled by our team and factored into the final quote when applicable.

Venue Requirements
Client is responsible for confirming adequate power access and load-in permissions with the venue. Additional power distribution or venue accommodations may require supplemental equipment, which will be discussed in advance if needed.

Final system configuration is determined based on venue layout, power availability, and guest count to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Client agrees to provide accurate event details in advance. Significant changes may require system adjustments.

Rental & Production Clause

Client acknowledges that certain DJ packages include professional audio, lighting, and production rentals. All rental equipment, transportation, setup, breakdown, and associated logistics are included in the package price and remain the property and responsibility of the service provider.

Rental Escalation & Scope Adjustment Clause

The Executive DJ Package price includes standard professional audio, lighting, transportation, and equipment rentals based on the event details provided at the time of booking.

If event requirements change after booking — including but not limited to increases in guest count, venue layout modifications, power limitations, extended performance time, additional lighting or sound coverage, venue-mandated equipment, or restricted load-in/load-out access — additional rental equipment, labor, or transportation may be required.

Any such adjustments will be communicated in advance and added to the final invoice. No additional rentals or charges will be incurred without client approval.

This clause ensures safe operation, professional sound quality, and uninterrupted performance.

Transportation Clause

For events requiring expanded production, commercial vehicle transportation may be required. All transportation costs are included in the quoted package price unless otherwise noted.
